By submitting this application you authorize Belvedere to obtain reports from any consumer or criminal record reporting agencies before, during, and after tenancy on matters relating to a lease, and to verify the information in this application, including criminal background, income history, and other information reported by employer(s).
If the application is not approved, the Security Deposit will be refunded. If approved, the deposit holds the unit; if the tenant decides not to move in, the deposit is forfeited. The application fee is non-refundable.
